We are very excited to invite you to this rare opportunity to sample some of the best American Whiskeys hosted by the one and only Drinks Expert Gee David from Buffalo Trace Distillery and SouthTrade.

With a career that spans across 3 decades, Gee David has been involved in all aspects of the booze game. Gee worked as a consultant to develop business in Sydney and overseas which led to opening venues in Bali, Singapore, Jakarta, and Beirut, until in 2011, the opportunity came to join a fast-emerging and advocacy focused spirit company called SouthTrade International, as the National Training Manager. Well-travelled and super experienced, Gee has recently completed 12 years working with SouthTrade as a Drinks Expert and all-round Portfolio Ambassador, looking after an ever evolving and expanding selection of the world’s leading spirits and mixers. His love affair with Buffalo Trace and the world’s most awarded distillery now spans more than two decades so it is with passion he now concentrates all his expertise on the North American Whiskey portfolio that the distillery produces, delivering the history and romance of the distillery to audiences across Australia and New Zealand.
