With a career that spans across 3 decades, Gee David has been involved in all aspects of the booze game. Gee worked as a consultant to develop business in Sydney and overseas which led to opening venues in Bali, Singapore, Jakarta, and Beirut, until in 2011, the opportunity came to join a fast-emerging and advocacy focused spirit company called SouthTrade International, as the National Training Manager.
